CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This upscale Charlotte restaurant is now welcoming guests.
That restaurant is in Piedmont Town Center in SouthPark. Peppervine marks the second venture for Anita Greene and husband Bill. She’s general manager, while he’s executive chef.

Expect Peppervine to deliver a “fun, approachable and thought-provoking experience,” with its menu of progressive American small plates, Anita says. The restaurant looks to build on the couple’s success with Banner Elk concept Artisanal.
Bill’s culinary creations will be seasonally inspired. He’ll highlight local farms, seasonal products as well as wild seafood and pasture-raised meats. House-made breads, stocks, charcuterie and ice cream will be featured in dishes.
Peppervine has already landed on Food & Wine magazine’s list of “most anticipated spring restaurant openings.”
