CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The first residents have moved into this $50 million luxury apartment community.
Sycamore at Tyvola says its first 48-unit apartment building is complete. Plans call for the five remaining apartments buildings in that complex to open in 2018 at a rate of one per month.
Sycamore at Tyvola sits on a 32-acre parcel on Tyvola Centre Drive, close to Interstate 77 and Billy Graham Parkway.
There are five different one-and-two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 711 to 1,211 square feet.
Granite countertops, modern finishes, stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer are standard. Apartments also have spacious closets as well as patios and balconies.
