Income-restricted apartments proposed in Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — A local developer is seeking rezoning for another apartment complex in the Charlotte region, its second to go before a planning board in recent weeks.

Greenway Residential Development plans a 156-unit apartment complex on a 12.4-acre site at 805 Heckle Blvd. Planning commission documents state that rent for all units will be restricted to tenants earning 60% of the area median income.
