HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — On Monday, Huntersville leaders will set a public hearing regarding changes to Birkdale Village.
Proposed plans are calling for the allowance of a 125-room hotel and 150 apartments in addition to more retail and office space.
The Huntersville Town Board is expected to vote to set the public hearing for February 4.
