CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Nearly 600 hundred apartments and townhomes will be built in Steele Creek.
Charlotte leaders approved the development Monday night.
The apartments and townhomes will be built along Brown-Grier Road near the intersection with Steele Creek Road.
The plan calls for 292 apartments and 305 townhomes.
