Kohlhepp is serving seven consecutive life sentences after pleading guilty to several murders.
Brown was missing for two months before detectives found her chained inside a storage unit on Kohlhepp's property in Woodruff.

According to investigators, after officers found Brown, the body of her boyfriend and two others were discovered nearby.
Two days after his arrest, authorities said Kohlhepp confessed to the murder of four people at Superbike motorcycle shop 13 years before.
