CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cellphone companies are trying to keep people connected as Hurricane Florence threatens the Carolinas.
AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon all told Channel 9 they are taking proactive steps at their cell sites ahead of the storm.
