CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Firefighters are investigating after a house fire in northwest Charlotte early Saturday morning was ruled arson.
The fire started around 3:45 a.m. on Old Plank Road, near Brookshire Boulevard.
When firefighters got to the area, crews said the home was fully engulfed in flames.
Authorities have not said what caused the fire.
Officials said the fire caused around $22,000 in damage to the house. No injuries were reported.
