CHARLOTTE — A man is in custody after a deadly stabbing in northeast Charlotte on Saturday.
Baron Deshawn Crawford is charged with first-degree murder.
The incident took place in the 4900 block of Round Pond Road Saturday night.
Officers responded to a stabbing around 7:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, they located one person with life-threatening injuries. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Charlotte Fire Department.
MEDIC also responded and transported one person with minor injuries to a local hospital.
According to CMPD, all parties have been accounted for, and they are not looking for any other suspects.
