CHARLOTTE — South Carolina developer Naman Hotels is planning a Hilton-branded hotel off Yorkmont Road in west Charlotte.
Naman Hotels, based in Florence, closed on the $1.2 million land purchase on Nov. 2, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. Chief Financial Officer Nick Patel said the 3.4-acre property — at the corner of Oak Lake Boulevard and North Water Ridge Parkway — will become a 100,000-square-foot, 148-room Homewood Suites by Hilton that will replace an existing hotel next door that is being repurposed into multifamily housing.
