Homebuilder enters Charlotte market with project in Fort Mill

FORT MILL, S.C. — After years of planning and preparation, TRI Pointe Homes has available residential units in the Charlotte market.

TRI Pointe Homes Carolinas, which was launched in 2018, announced Tuesday its first residential offering in the region is ready to go. The development is called Ashburn, a community including 58 townhomes in Fort Mill.

The units range between 1,662 and 2,155 square feet, with options for three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half or three bathrooms. Prices for the townhomes start in the high $250,000s, the company said.

The homebuilder, which is part of TRI Pointe Group, a family of six regional homebuilders that is active in ten states, has ambitious plans for the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
