CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two Charlotte developers are preparing to break ground on the next phase of the large Sedgefield Shopping Center redevelopment in South End.
Marsh Properties and Aston Properties will develop 2825 South, a five-story, 138,780-square-foot office building with ground-floor retail space. The building will include four floors of office space, 20,440 square feet of retail and structured parking.
The building, expected to break ground in September and deliver in the fourth quarter of 2022, will be at 2825 South Blvd., between Marsh and Elmhurst roads.
