MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Lowe’s Cos. Inc. CEO Marvin Ellison earned more than $11.6 million in total compensation in fiscal 2019.
That’s down nearly 19% from the $14.3 million Lowe’s awarded Ellison in fiscal 2018, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing in advance of the company’s annual shareholders meeting in May.

The SEC filing states Ellison’s total compensation is 511 times greater than that of a Lowe’s median employee, who took home $22,748 in fiscal 2019.
