CHARLOTTE — One person has been seriously hurt following a shooting at a McDonald’s in north Charlotte Wednesday night, according to MEDIC.
It happened around 10:45 p.m. on West Sugar Creek Road at Interstate 85.

MEDIC said the victim was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Channel 9 crews observed the parking lot cordoned off with crime tape where a car had been shot up.
It is unclear what led up to this shooting.
