CHARLOTTE — A York County police chase came to an end in south Charlotte early Wednesday morning.
According to Deputy Trent Faris, deputies attempted to pull over a vehicle after it failed to stop.
The suspects in the vehicle also allegedly threw guns and drugs out of the vehicle’s window before a chase ensued.
The chase came to an end in south Charlotte just before 4 a.m. on Interstate 77 near the Carowinds Boulevard exit.
Emmanuel Davis and Jihad Davis were taken into custody, according to deputies.
No injuries were reported.
