CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — A mother is heartbroken after troopers said an impaired driver killed her five-year-old daughter.

Noel McCall died Memorial Day weekend when a driver hit the car she and her grandmother were in.
"I fell to the ground and I was screaming," her mother, Sherry McCall, said.
