CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two more tenants have signed on at Oakhurst on Monroe, a commercial development that’s delivering in phases at the corner of Monroe and Chippendale roads in southeast Charlotte.

Anytime Fitness and Retention Nails & Spa have leased space there, says broker Jon Beall of RED Partners. He represented the landlord, David Krug and Associates, in the transaction.
The first tenants at the center are already moving in, including a Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop opening this week, according to Beall. Cupcake shop Swirl opened there earlier this month.
