Members of Punxsutawney Phil's inner circle revealed Spring is coming early.
Handlers for Pennslyvania's most famous groundhog said he did not see his shadow when the sunrose.
Meanwhile, Queen Charlotte the Groundhog spoke with a different tone for the Carolinas Saturday morning at Discovery Place in uptown.
Queen Charlotte said six more weeks of winter for the Carolinas after seeing her shadow.
Last year, Queen Charlotte had the same prediction.
