CHARLOTTE — The Good Wurst Co. expects to open in early March in northwest Charlotte.

That 3,000-square-foot restaurant is now hiring for its location at 4015 Corning Place in Riverbend Village. The 130-acre mixed-use complex, at Mount Holly-Huntersville Road and N.C. Highway 16, is a joint venture between Simpson Commercial Real Estate and Landmark Development Partners.

Restaurateur Lincoln Clark is behind that concept, which blends a New York-style deli with his love of European street food. It draws inspiration from Clark’s 18-month stint living in Europe.
