GASTONIA, N.C. — A Rock Hill couple was found passed out in a car after doing heroin, while a one-year-old baby was in the backseat, according to our news partner the Gaston Gazette.

Gastonia police arrested Lauren Patterson and Glen Willoughby on Christmas Eve after police found their car running along Highway 321, north of Interstate 85.
Officials said the baby is safe.
Patterson and Willoughby face several charges including felony heroin possession and child abuse.
