Eduardo Rojas was charged Friday in connection to the stabbing death of Costner.
Officers told Channel 9 that Costner was a mother of two.
Police told Channel 9 that the owner of the property went to the home and discovered the body.
The house is the same address where police said Robert Stauss shot Rojas last month. Stauss was charged with aggravated assault and attempted first-degree murder.
Police said it’s too early to say if there is a connection.
No further information has been released and the investigation is ongoing.
