CHARLOTTE, N.C. — La Belle Helene reopens in uptown on Friday with a new spin on the concept.
The 5th Street Group has taken over that brasserie-style French restaurant. The space has been refreshed and retouched. Top Chef alum Jamie Lynch has been putting his twist on the menu.
The restaurant is located in the 300 South Tryon Building.
La Belle Helene closed last June after operating in uptown for about two years.
The venture marks the first full-scale restaurant for 5th Street Group in the Queen City in eight years.
