CONCORD, N.C. — Gibson Mill Market food hall in Concord has welcomed four new tenants.
Scratch Made Hospitality Group concepts Kuni’s Kitchen, Barco’s Sports & Raw Bar Churn Buddies and The Arcade are now open.
“Gibson Mill has been a local treasure for more than 100 years and we are grateful to join the market and create a variety of menu offerings for friends old and new to enjoy,” said Scratch Made Hospitality Group owner Ryan Bybee in a new release.

Kuni’s Kitchen offers scratch-made noodles and dumplings, fried rice, and salads. Kuni’s is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Barcos Sports & Raw Bar offers fresh seafood and sports-bar-friendly fare paired with beer, wine, and boat-inspired cocktails. Barcos is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Churn Buddies Ice Cream offers scratch-made ice cream featuring local ingredients and unique flavors. Churn Buddies is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The Arcade is open during regular market hours.
The new tenants join the market’s current roster, which includes Cara’s Cookie Company, Taco Street, Johnny Rogers BBQ & Burgers, Defined Coffee, and High Branch Brewing Company.
Representatives with Gibson Mill Market say there will be more vendor announcements soon, including updates and timing for Livy’s Neapolitan Pizza.
