CONCORD, N.C. — The former Phillip Morris manufacturing plant in Cabarrus County has been sold.
The plant in Concord closed down in 2009.
The plant was used to shoot scenes for the movie "The Hunger Games" and Showtime's "Homeland."
The deal closed Thursday.
Reporter Tina Terry is speaking to Concord's mayor about the sale.
Channel 9 will have the latest report on that tonight on Eyewitness News starting at 5.
