CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Mecklenburg County leader Jim Gulley died Tuesday.
Gulley served as a Matthews town board member and as a state representative in the North Carolina General Assembly for seven terms.
Gulley was chair of the Wildlife Resources Committee during his time in the state House.
