SOUTH CAROLINA — The former estate of convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh is up for sale again.
The 5,000-square-foot home sits on 48 acres in South Carolina. It was listed by Brown Land and Plantation Advisors for about $2.75 million.
The original land at the Moselle estate was sold in March 2023. In February, 21 acres and the house sold for $1 million at an auction.

It was supposed to become a horse farm, but it’s back on the market.
Murdaugh murdered his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul, on the property in 2021. The home and surrounding land were central in the investigation and trial.
