ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators said a Rowan County man is facing felony charges of secret peeping.
An arrest report said 43-year-old Christopher Sebastian allegedly recorded a 14-year-old girl while she was in the bathroom. Officials said he knows the victim.
He’s being held on a $25,000 bond.
