Food Network’s Guy Fieri returns to Pinky’s Westside Grill

CHARLOTTE — This longtime local eatery is headed for another turn in the spotlight. Pinky’s Westside Grill was closed Thursday for filming, with the restaurant expected to appear on the Food Network’s “Triple D Nation.”

That show is a spinoff of the network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” with host Guy Fieri.
