CONCORD, N.C. — The newest vendors at the Gibson Mill Market in Concord are open.

Cara’s Cookie Company, Johnny Rogers BBQ & Burgers, Taco Street, Churn Buddies Ice Cream, Defined Coffee and The Market Bar will join previously opened High Branch Brewing Company and Luck Factory Games.

The Market takes up 17,000 square feet of retail space in the historic Cannon Mills Company Plant #6 at 325 McGill Ave., Northwest.

Market hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Opening dates for the three remaining food hall restaurants, Kuni’s Kitchen, Barco’s Sports & Raw Bar and Livy’s Neapolitan Pizza, will be announced at a later date.

“Much like it did beginning 100 years ago, Gibson Mill continues to serve as a gathering spot that champions local industry,” said Thomas Moore, business development director at Gibson Mill, in a news release.

“We’re thrilled to officially open and become a foodie destination in the Concord area. Our tenants have already built a strong sense of community that we hope will lead to fun and exciting collaborations in the future.”
