CHARLOTTE — Hattie’s Tap & Tavern said Tom Neelon’s Happy Hound hot dog cart was stolen from the parking lot on The Plaza at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
There Plaza Midwood bar is raising money for Neelon to get a new cart.
