ROCK HILL, S.C. — With the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center, a 770-car parking deck and renovations to the Lowenstein and 1939 Buildings already delivered, Rock Hill’s University Center development is moving on to its next phase of activity.
Over the next 15 months, University Center will finish construction on six more buildings, adding more than $85 million in investment to the project, according to master developer Skip Tuttle.
