CHARLOTEE — Crews were on the scene of a fire at a south Charlotte restaurant Friday morning.
The Charlotte Fire Department said they were called out to Poppy’s Bagels & More in the 2900 block of Providence Road just after 7:30 a.m.
Almost an hour later, Channel 9′s Mark Taylor said Providence Road near Sharon Amity was still down to one lane.

CFD said no one was injured in the fire and they’re working to determine how it started.
