CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is looking for two men who investigators said robbed a man at gunpoint in front of his 8-year-old daughter.
The armed robbery happened Thursday night at the Berkshire Place Apartments off Park Road in south Charlotte.
Police believe the men robbed someone else an hour later at the same apartment complex.
The father and daughter were getting out of their car around 9:30 p.m. when the men approached them, police said.

"The boy that was here, literally, just put a gun at my dad and started checking his pockets," the girl told Channel 9 reporter Glenn Counts.
She said she didn’t know what to do.
"Well, I cried because I felt like, ‘What if my dad got shooted?’ And I felt nervous, scared and sad," the girl said.
The robbers stole her father’s wallet, but no one was hurt.
The girl said her mother couldn’t sleep after that.
“Well, to be honest, I don’t really want to live here anymore,” the girl said.
