CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. — A father is accused of shooting his son late Tuesday afternoon south of Hickory.
The shooting victim was located on South Center Street next to the Brookford Town Hall, according to police.
Investigators said the two men had been drinking at the time.
The victim’s injuries were non-life threatening, police told Channel 9.
Charges are pending, and this is an ongoing investigation.
