CHARLOTTE, N.C. — F45 Training is headed to Cotswold Village.
Franchisee Tricia Canon has snagged a 2,942-square foot space — formerly home to Borders — there. The goal is to hold a grand opening for the Cotswold site in conjunction with the new year.
Canon said the timing was right to take the risk on the new venture. The longtime business owner has a background in health, fitness and nutrition.
“It’s basically me coming full circle to help other people and get them to reach their fitness goals,” she says.
