CHARLOTTE — Queen Bey will be making her royal appearance at Bank of America Stadium on Wednesday night.

This will be her only stop in the Carolinas as part of her Renaissance Tour.

Ahead of the concert, Channel 9′s Anthony Kustura delved into the economic impact Beyoncé's arrival will have on Charlotte.

Roughly 50,000 people are expected to attend the concert and searches for hotels, restaurants, and beauty services have gone up, according to Yelp.

Kustura spoke with fans who said they were excited about the “Beyoncé Boom” hitting the Queen City.

“I’m excited to see her. I’m excited for the streets to be packed again and kinda like a good game day, but bigger,” Michaela Stevenson said.

“Anything that brings exposure to Charlotte, I’m for it,” Tristina Ali said.

“I think it’s gonna pump the economy and everyone is going to have a good time doing it,” Tiffanee Thompson said.

Fans said it’s not just the music that they are excited about. Beyoncé's Foundation will also be giving grants to several small businesses.

Beyoncé will be the first female act to ever headline at Bank of America in its nearly 30-year history.
