Eyewitness News to begin at 4 a.m. Tuesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Channel 9 will go on the air at 4 a.m. Tuesday to track the aftermath of the winter storm that has arrived in the Charlotte area.

The storm is expected to drop snow and then ice Monday evening.
