CHARLOTTE — Monday night’s Powerball drawing was delayed, but the numbers came in Tuesday morning with a jackpot ringing in at more than $2 billion.

The drawing was posted on YouTube just after 9 a.m.

The numbers are 56, 41, 33, 47, and 10, with the red Powerball number being 10. The PowerPlay multiplier was 2x.

The total prize for this drawing was estimated at 2,040,000,000, according to Powerball.

Powerball has set a record high with its latest grand prize at $1.9 billion. The numbers were not drawn at the scheduled time, 11 p.m. Monday, because of technical difficulties, lottery officials said.

The drawing “has been delayed due to a participating lottery needing extra time to complete the required security protocols,” lottery officials said.

“Powerball has strict security requirements that must be met by all 48 lotteries before a drawing can occur,” Powerball said in a press release. “When the required security protocols are complete, the drawing will be performed under the supervision of lottery security officials and independent auditors.”

There was no indication as to how long the delay would be, but Powerball said the winning numbers would be posted to its website -- which stated “results pending
