WAXHAW, N.C. — A Mediterranean-style estate in an exclusive golf community in Waxhaw is slated to hit the market this weekend at just shy of $4 million. That will make it the town’s highest-priced residential listing.

The property is in The Club at Longview, a gated residential golf community in Union County that’s about 20 miles south of uptown Charlotte. It is currently listed under a “coming soon” status, which means it can not yet be shown to prospective buyers and agents. The home is set to officially come on the market Feb. 18 with a price tag of $3.995 million, according to listing agent Deb White of Compass.
