CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It appears this restaurant at Park Road Shopping Center has closed up shop.
Urban Cookhouse has erased its Charlotte location from its website — and the restaurant was not reinspected after multiple health-code violations were found during a Nov. 12 inspection.
