CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a school bus in west Charlotte early Thursday morning.
The wreck happened around 7:35 a.m. on Wilkinson Boulevard near Alleghany Street.
School district officials told Channel 9 that the bus was headed to Westerly Hills Academy with four students on board, but that none of them were hurt.
One person in the other car was injured but paramedics said those injuries were minor.
Investigators have not said how the crash happened or who was at fault.
Police had to shut down the inbound lanes of Wilkinson Blvd. while they investigated.
