Early voting starts in NC; registration deadline extended in SC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Starting Wednesday, you will be able to cast your ballot for the November midterm elections.

The deadline for voter registration is over, but you can still vote at early voting locations as long as you register at the polling place the same day that you cast your ballot.

All voters need to register is a driver's license or another government issued ID and the last four digits of your social security number.

Officials are unsure how voter turnout will be as it is not a presidential election year.
