Friday marks the 45th day since Rowan County teen Erica Parsons was first reported missing.
The Parsons' attorney, Carlyle Sherrill, told Channel 9 no new interviews have been scheduled for his clients after a meeting planned for Thursday was scrapped at the last minute.
That interview was set to happen after the Parsons visit to the Department of Social Services Thursday.
Officials still refuse to answer Channel 9's questions about apparent special treatment after the Parsons were led through a special entrance in the DSS office.
Sandy and Casey Parsons walked out the front door more than an hour after being secretly ushered into a special back entrance at Rowan County DSS.
In a three-sentence email response, the director of DSS is now refusing to answer Channel 9's specific questions, only saying, "DSS has no comments to make about this family."

The Parsons' attorney told Channel 9 he doesn't know what happened in that DSS meeting, but did say FBI agents wanted to meet with Casey and Sandy afterwards because investigators have new questions.
The lawyer said the new developments came after interview with Erica Parsons' biological mother, Carolyn Parsons.
A third vigil is being planned for Erica Parsons and local Christian hip-hop artist Brian "Capa" Young will perform.
Young wrote a song for Erica and posted it on YouTube. Already it has received more than 1,100 views and he said he hopes the buzz on social media will help bring Erica home.

"The music I do really comes from my heart and touches my heart and Erica really touched my heart," Young said.
The Parsons' attorney said his clients have also asked investigators to return some of the items seized during the Aug. 14 search of their home, including an iPad and laptops the Parsons claim belong to their children, but the FBI denied that request.
