CHARLOTTE — Surveillance cameras caught the moment someone drove off the road, through a fence, and into a building along East Independence Boulevard near Albemarle Road.
The building belongs to a marketing company.

The video shows scattered debris before someone ran around the corner.
Channel 9 is asking the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department for additional information about the crash.
