ROCK HILL, S.C. — State troopers were investigating what led to a fiery crash that killed a driver early Saturday morning in York County.
Troopers said a 2008 Honda Accord ran off the side of Billy Wilson Road about a mile west of Rock Hill around 6:40 a.m. The car hit several trees and caught on fire.
The driver, who was the only person in the car, died at the scene. Their name has not been released.
No other details have been released and the crash remains under investigation.
