LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — Troopers are investigating after one person was killed in a crash Monday in Lancaster County.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on Shiloh Unity Road about 10 miles east of Lancaster.
According to troopers, a 1998 Ford pickup truck was traveling west when the truck ran off the left side of the roadway and hit a tree.

Troopers said the driver who was not wearing a seatbelt was pulled from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver’s name has not yet been released.
