FORT MILL. S.C. — The Overlook at Gold Hill has landed three tenants, with an early 2024 opening slated for the Fort Mill project.
NY Butcher — or the New York Butcher Shoppe — has snagged a 2,984-square-foot space, which is under construction. It’s the concept’s fourth shop and second in South Carolina. Expect it to sell hand-cut steaks, chicken and other meats, cheeses and prepared entrees.
A Donatos Pizza franchise will occupy 2,550 square feet at the Overlook. A general dentist office has also signed on for a 2,510-square-foot space.
The 4.4-acre property is on Gold Hill Road, near the Pleasant Road intersection.
