CHARLOTTE — City documents show a project under the codename Project Hub is eyeing a site near Charlotte Douglas International Airport for a facility. An attached document to the permit filed for Project Hub names Best Buy Co. Inc. on the notarized financial responsibility form. Project Hub calls for the development of a 627,000-square-foot, build-to-suit fulfillment center “on property leased from the City of Charlotte (CLT Airport).”
