Dilworth restaurant nearly ready to debut big changes

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Restaurateur Fran Scibelli was ready for a change — the pandemic just accelerated those plans.

Scibelli pulled the trigger on a major overhaul, closing her Dilworth restaurant in early January. She expects to spend about $100,000.

The menu has been revamped — though plenty of favorites remain. The interior is getting a refresh, and a pass-through window for doughnuts and coffee has been added.

Scibelli talked with the CBJ about what to expect when her restaurant reopens in March. Read the full story here.
