CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte City Council approved plans Monday for a new neighborhood across from Ardrey Kell High School in Ballantyne.
The developer will build more than 200 single-family homes on 36 acres.
Every unit will have a two-car garage to help ease parking concerns
The plan also includes new left turn lanes, a new crosswalk and a traffic signal.
